The substance E327 or dietary Supplement calcium lactate helps to prevent oxidative reactions in food products, being in itself a group of pronounced antioxidant additives. E327 contains 13% pure calcium.
Whether or not an E327 food additive is dangerous for human health can be determined based on its properties.
