in the manufacture of alcoholic beverages, silica is also used to stabilize the acidity and neutralize excess alkalis;
the production of confectionery and culinary products does not do without the use of emulsifier E551, it is processed sweet surfaces, except those covered with chocolate. It affects the time of sale of products, extends it (provides freshness, does not allow products to stick together), increases the taste and aroma.
